Q: Where can I park?
A: There is 1-hour free parking along the road opposite our shop and we are more than happy to carry your shopping to your car if you would like us to.

Q: Do you sell pets?
A: We don’t sell any livestock, just lots of accessories and food.

Q: Do you do dog grooming/nail clipping?
A: We don’t offer this service, however, Hairy Hounds dog groomers have a salon at the back of the shop and they are more than happy to help.

Q: Can I bring my dog in?
A: Of course! Dogs are always welcome.

Q: Do you sell RAW dog food?
A: Yes, we have a wide range of complete and complementary raw food from Natures Menu and our local butcher, GWR Hole.

Q: What if I want a brand you don’t stock?
A: We are more than happy to try and source any product for you, and our prices might be better than you think!

Q: Do you sell Frontline/Wormers?
A: Yes, we are fully licensed to sell some veterinary products, just speak to Val, Karen or Naomi, our qualified SQPs.

Q: Do You deliver?
A: Yes, we offer free local delivery on all orders over £10

Q: How can I pay for my delivery?
A: We accept cash, card or cheque payments in the shop, or we can accept card payments over the phone. We ask that goods are paid for before or on delivery.
